Like many chiropractors, Dana discovered chiropractic care through a personal experience. At 14, while playing football, he suffered a serious injury when he was impaled in the back during practice.

Though the initial pain was manageable, the real challenges emerged over time—simple activities like walking, running, sleeping, and even sneezing became increasingly difficult.

 

Eventually, the pain made it impossible for him to continue playing football, and it became clear that this wasn't an injury that would simply heal on its own.​
